Why should I register?

Registering your FlockTAG card makes you eligible for great deals and discounted items at your favorite places around town.
Additionally, if you ever lose your card FlockTAG can transfer your account to a new card without losing your stamps!

Do I need a different FlockTAG card for each business I visit?

Nope! Besides providing you great discounts at your favorite eats and drinks, FlockTAG's cards are universal. If your new favorite local business has FlockTAG, you can use your existing card there no matter where you got it from.

Oh No! I lost my card, what do I do?

If you are registered you are in luck!

Simply pick up a new card from any FlockTAG location and then email us back at info@flocktag.com with the number located on the back. We will then transfer your account including stamps and pre-paids to your new card.

Or if you prefer an in-store option go to any FlockTAG vendor and let the cashier know you lost your card. They will then pull up your account using the Lost/Broken feature on the tablet. You will then be prompted to scan a new card; and bam! All your stamps and FlockDeals are now on your new card. FlockYEAH!

I have multiple FlockTAG cards can I combine them?

Most definitely! FlockTAG wants you to have the lightest wallet around. If you are registered and have multiple cards, drop us a line at info@flocktag.com and we can get you squared away!

I scanned my card but I did not get any stamps. Can you credit my account?

We can credit your account if you provide us with a receipt. We apologize for the inconvenience, but per the agreement with our vendors, proof of purchase is required to ensure transparency.

What is a FlockDeal?

FlockDeals are a convenient way for FlockTAG cardholders to get great stuff at their favorite places at a great bargain. Once you buy your FlockDeal, you pre-paid items are instantly loaded onto your FlockTAG card linked to your account.

How do I redeem my FlockDeal?

To redeem, simply go to the business and swipe your card associated with your account as usual when your order.

I bought a FlockDeal and it's not showing up on my card!

FlockDeals get credited instantly to the FlockTAG card associated with your account upon purchase. If you attempted to redeem a deal but were told it is not on your card, you may be using a card that is not linked to your account. Drop us a line at info@flocktag.com and we will gladly get your FlockDeals onto your new card.

What is a reward?

Rewards are freebies you have from being a loyal customer to your favorite local eats and drinks.

Are rewards the same at every business?

Rewards are as unique at the local favorites you love to shop at. Every FlockTAG business gets to design their own custom reward.

What do I get for my money?

You get prepaid items at a great discount.

Does my FlockDeal expire?

Nope. We do not believe in expirations. You bought it. You will always have it.

Can I buy a FlockDeal in person at the business?

Nope, you can only purchase FlockDeals through our website.

My friend was offered a deal that I was not, why is that?

Businesses select who to send offers to each month. If you were not selected this month you may be the following month.

I want to change my email or phone number I originally registered with, how do I do this?

You can conveniently change your information at any time by logging in, go to My Profile and then Settings located at the top right of the screen.
