By accessing Flock Tag’s registration kiosk or website (“website”), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the website. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
Use License.
1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Flock Tag’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  1. modify or copy the materials;
  2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Flock Tag’s website;
  4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  5. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Flock Tag at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Limitations. Links. Flock Tag has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Flock Tag of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
No Cash Value. The loyalty card offered through Flock Tag has no cash value and can only be redeemed at the participating business that is administering the loyalty program.
Loyalty Program. The administration, management and maintenance of any loyalty program offered by Flock Tag is subject to the loyalty program terms and conditions, if any, between the loyalty cardholder and the participating business. Flock Tag will not be responsible for any dispute regarding the loyalty program between the loyalty cardholder and the participating business and shall have no liability to the loyalty cardholder, with respect to the loyalty program.
Text Messages. If you agree, using the Flock Tag website registration kiosk, that Flock Tag may send text messages to your cellular telephone number, you will receive text messages continuing discounts and offers from Flock Tag participating businesses, from time to time.
Site Terms of Use Modifications. Flock Tag may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Governing Law. Any claim relating to Flock Tag’s website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
